You’ll have a new experience like never before. Tokyo Mazesoba needs a mix of original noodles with lots of toppings before eating. You may have an image like aburasoba or soupless ramen, but it’s not correct because Tokyo Mazesoba is a new genre of food. Also, it’s different from Japanese Soba. The ever-popular menu is a little spicy, so you should try “Salt Mazesoba” if you don’t like the spicy taste. Anyway, you can’t tell unless you try it!

History of KOKORO

The 1st branch opened at Tokyo, Japan, in 2014 by Takuma Ishikawa. The location is in a residential street where many ramen shops repeatedly open and close… almost everyone thought that the location was not good for ramen shops. However, after opening, there was a line in front of shop every day. Tokyo Masesoba caught the hearts of people. In that year, KOKORO was awarded Best Ramen 2014.
