Mathnasium Learning Centers, which brings impactful and fun supplementary math programs to community children, celebrated the successful grand opening of its first Myanmar location on Aug. 31. The U.S. Embassy’s Deputy Chief of Mission, George Selby, participated in the festivities.
The center, at 20A Inya Road in Yangon, was carefully designed to foster learning and interaction between instructors and students ages 6-16. Deepak Neopane, Area Developer for all of Myanmar, plans to open 15 centers in Myanmar during the next few years.
