Italian restaurant Kytaly to open in Central

Genevan Italian restaurant chain Kytaly is set to open in Hong Kong.

The eatery will open on Wyndham Street in Central next month and will be its first overseas branch.

Chef Franco Pepe will open and operate Kytaly. His Grani-based pizzeria was ranked number one in a recent online guide to the top 50 pizzas of Italy.

The new restaurant will feature 19 authentic Italian pizza recipes, as well as traditional salads and desserts.

A campari bar will be contributing unique cocktail creations.
