Vegan Chinese restaurant Pure Veggie House has expanded into Taiwan.

The new venue opened on January 12, and is located on the second floor of the newly opened Breeze Nanshan in Taipei’s Xinyi district, showcasing its signature range of vegetarian dining in a Western surrounding – in contrast to its sister restaurant in Hong Kong.

Seating 85 diners, Pure Veggie House Taiwan has been decorated in a British-Victorian style with Hong Kong colonial features – with private rooms painted in white and gold reminiscent of French Baroque. The 3200sqft outlet presents Eastern dining in a classically European setting balanced by lotus motifs that bring a touch of the Orient into the space.

Pure Veggie House Hong Kong has offered vegetarian-vegan Chinese dining at Coda Plaza, Mid-Levels since 2007.
