A new sports bar known for its burgers and beer will open early next year in southern Indiana.

Louisville-based Texas Roadhouse will open its eighth Bubba’s 33 location in Clarksville, according to our partners at Business First.

Bubba’s 33 is a new concept from Texas Roadhouse, the closest of which is currently in Greenwood, Ind.

The new restaurant will feature more than 60 TVs, high-top tables and more than a dozen beers on tap.

Construction will begin later this year at 1525 Veterans Parkway, with an expected opening in January of February of 2016.

Business First also reports that Texas Roadhouse paid $920,000 for the land after a lawsuit was resolved over the property.

In total, Texas Roadhouse will spend $4.8 million to build Bubba’s 33.
