International Franchise Discovery Day was a business matchmaking event that allows prospective franchisees who are interested in International Brands from USA, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan to meet and interact with representatives of many International brands. This meeting would help potential franchisees understand more about unique advantages of International Brands franchise for Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
The event was heavily marketed through VF’s large franchise and F&B network, and efficient marketing tools such as multiple targeted direct email campaigns, various social media channels, including the company website (www.vffranchiseconsulting.com), VF Facebook (12,000+ fans), VF YouTube, LinkedIn (nearly 4,000 followers), Eventbrite, and other local media partners such as Citynetevents, 1000 invitation letters to potential corporates and companies in Vietnam, email to nearly 19,000 contacts of potential lists in Vietnam, sms campaign to 67,000 phone numbers to maximize exposure to potential investors and franchisees.
In this meeting, there were 65 registrations in total and 47 attendants. Additionally, we also invited more than 15 journalists and reporters to help promote this event effectively.
