The Melting Pot® Restaurants, Inc., the world’s premier fondue restaurant and a leading polished casual dining franchise, announced today it has partnered with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF), one of the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory firms with operations in more than 370 offices worldwide. Through this strategic partnership, The Melting Pot will be able to leverage NGKF’s expertise in providing real estate solutions to support the brand’s long-term domestic and international expansion strategy.

NGKF will provide The Melting Pot with a fully integrated platform of services. NGKF is already assisting several Melting Pot franchisees with new restaurant site selection, mid-term lease negotiations and evaluation of existing real estate.
