VF Franchise Consulting, formerly known as Vietnam Franchises, recently inked an Agreement with Australian-based Global Franchise Partners to help bring Australian brands to Vietnam.
This collaboration will give VF Franchise Consulting the sole exclusivity to work with Global Franchise Partners’ strong Australian network and relationship with Australian Franchisors, Master Franchisees, and investor groups to enter one of the most promising markets in South East Asia.
VF Franchise Consulting, which also has offices in Singapore and Bangkok specialises in providing franchising and management consultancy services to clients in the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN), a region with a brimming population of over 650 million people. It is also one of the leading and most trusted “Go – To” franchise consultancies in ASEAN and is led by a unique management team with over seven decades of international experience in strategic business planning, franchising development and operations, business development, real estate, financial advisory, corporate training, and project management.
Some of VF Franchise Consulting’s global clients include Denny’s, Texas Fried Chicken, Round Table Pizza, New Horizons, The Vitamin Shoppe and regional brands like Manhattan Fish Market, Shakespeare & Co from United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Sean Ngo, Managing Director of VF Franchise Consulting feels that Global Franchise Partners, which is led by Mr. Gidon Rosing is an excellent organisation with strong leadership skills and a positive solution-focused approach. Besides this, Global Franchise Partners also has many decades of experience in the franchising, mergers and acquisitions and international business sectors.
With these strong credentials in identifying opportunities, both VF Franchise Consulting and Global Franchise Partners will be able to forge a robust partnership in allowing more Australian franchise models enter Vietnam. This will in turn allow local Vietnamese greater exposure to Australian concepts and products and give them an opportunity to taste more Australian food in Vietnam.
