A Super Hero Cafe themed with DC Comics characters is to open in the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
While theme restaurants are not usually renowned for quality of food served, this one prides itself on a more upmarket dining offer, matched with the cartoon inspired environment.
Think Dark Knight Wagyu Beef Burger – served on a black bun, of course – served with Batman shaped cheese. Or the Superman Man of Steel BBQ Chicken Burrito.
The cafe will feature Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman, in a concept tried already in Malaysia and now moving across the border.
The Super Hero Cafe concept is own by JT Network, who has secured licenses to use the characters from DC Comics. JT also operates stores specialising in selling DC Comics merchandise in Macau, Hong Kong, Malaysia and China. The Singapore restaurant will be operated by Kusto Lifestyle Concepts.
The new cafe will open on September 1.
