Hanoi Franchise Discovery Day was a business matchmaking event that allows prospective franchisees who are interested in franchise opportunities from leading international brands in Food & Beverage, Education and Professional Training, and Services to meet and interact with International Executives of these brands to get a deeper understanding about the unique benefits of franchise for Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
The event was heavily marketed through VF’s large franchise network, multiple targeted direct mail and email campaigns, various social media channels, including the company website (www.vffranchiseconsulting.com), VF Facebook (35,000+ fans), VF YouTube, LinkedIn (nearly 4,000 followers), Eventbrite, and other local media partners such as Citynetevents, VNFranchise.VN, Meetup, 123sukien etc. Google Ads and FB Ads were also used extensively to maximize exposure to potential investors and franchisees. In addition, personal invitations where post-mailed to a targeted 1,000+ companies based in Hanoi.
There were 60 guests registered for the event in total and 32 guests that actually attended the Discovery Day. We also invited journalists from top 6 local newspaper to the event to help promote for our brands, and we are following up with interviews with these journalists to provide greater exposure for the brand in the coming weeks.
The event was covered by Vietnam Television (VTV) – Vietnam’s national TV news channel. The programme aired on April 28th at 5:30 pm and at 6:00 pm. We expect more enquiries into our Vietnam office as a result of this valuable TV coverage.
