Little Caesars Pizza Drives Nationwide Expansion with New Multi-Unit Development Agreements

Little Caesars, ranked as the third-largest pizza chain globally, has unveiled multiple new multi-unit development agreements aimed at bolstering its presence across strategic markets in the United States. These agreements mark a significant step in the brand’s ongoing endeavor to expand alongside enterprising operating partners. Under these agreements, Little Caesars plans to inaugurate more than 30 new restaurants across San Diego, Memphis, Tampa, Raleigh, Minneapolis-St. Paul, San Antonio, and Eugene.

Leading the charge for Little Caesars’ expansion in Southern California is Leo Gonzalez, an accomplished franchise owner with multiple Little Caesars establishments in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. Identifying promising growth opportunities in an underserved market, Gonzalez has committed to launching nine new Little Caesars outlets in San Diego over the next four years.

Joining in the effort to extend Little Caesars’ reach are new franchise owners Jocelyn Monperousse and Lissette Isabel, co-owners of RJBL Pizza. This dynamic duo is set to introduce the first traditional Little Caesars restaurant in Bradenton, Florida, as part of their five-unit franchise agreement. Their venture supports continued expansion plans within the Tampa market through 2027.

In addition to the recent agreement signings, Little Caesars aims to amplify its footprint across the U.S. with its latest restaurant prototype – Little Caesars PODs. Featuring an offsite construction design, PODs boast a shorter construction timeline compared to traditional restaurants.
