SPC Group’s Paris Baguette, the Korean-born French bakery brand, has opened a second store in France.
The company says the expansion has been prompted by the success of its first store which opened in Paris last July.
The first store reaped operational profits soon after its opening, with its daily sales now 25 per cent higher than sales during the period right after the opening. It now receives about 850 customers a day.
The second store, which will be opening earlier than SPC Group expected due to the huge success of the first store, will be situated near Palais Garnier in Paris.
