Auntie Anne’s pretzel chain is making a comeback in Hong Kong with a new store in the busy Tsim Sha Tsui shopping district.
The popular American soft pretzel brand, operated locally by Super Fab Foods, returns after shutting down all Hong Kong outlets in 2018.

Founded in 1988 in Pennsylvania, Auntie Anne’s has grown into a global pretzel chain recognized for its freshly baked buttery pretzels and refreshing lemonade drinks. The new Hong Kong location will serve signature original pretzels, along with sweet and savory favorites such as almond pretzels, cinnamon sugar pretzels, and pepperoni pretzels. Customers can also enjoy classic lemonades and fruity lemonade mixers in flavors like strawberry, blueberry, and watermelon.
Dhiraj Kundamal, managing director of Super Fab Foods, said the group aims to expand the pretzel brand further. “Hong Kong is a global city and one of the easiest places to set up a business,” he said. “Our vision is to scale across multiple food and beverage brands in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, while blending local flavors with international snack concepts.”
With the Tsim Sha Tsui Auntie Anne’s opening, the company hopes to capture both tourists and locals seeking Hong Kong snacks, international food brands, and quick bites on-the-go.
