Singapore nitro ice cream cafe 320 Below has opened its first international store, in Kuala Lumpur’s 1 Utama shopping centre.
320 Below has three cafes operating in Singapore – in Geylang, Tampines and Tanjong Katong Rd.
The concept uses liquid nitrogen to create fresh ice cream, sorbet and yogurt desserts to customer order, blending theatre and flavour into an experiential dining destination. The end product is described as “smooth and freezing cold until the very last bite”.

The 320 Below store is located on the first floor of the giant 1 Utama complex in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
The operators say customer response to the new concept has been “overwhelming” with the brand’s signature Thai coconut ice cream sold out on Saturday and Sunday, its first weekend of trading.
