Furla opens new Asian airport stores

Furla continues to expand its travel retail network with a new store at Kuala Lumpur’s new klia2 and a concept corner at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai.
The 60sq m boutique at klia2, in collaboration with Eraman Malaysia, opened at the end of May with Furla’s SS14 and AW14 pre-fall collections.
Furla Global Travel Retail Director Gerry Munday said: “We have a huge amount of activity taking place in Asia this year with new locations opening across the region, including Cambodia, Japan, Hainan, China, and Thailand.
“Asia continues to be a key area of growth for Furla both on domestic and travel retail markets, klia2 is a significant opening for us and I would like to thank Eraman for this opportunity.”
Munday also expressed her delight at the opening of a new 20sq m personalised concept corner with Nuance India at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport Terminal 2 Departure earlier this month. The corner is located within the Atelier multi-brand fashion store.
