A recent report indicates that Texas Roadhouse holds the title of America’s most beloved sit-down restaurant chain. The findings reveal that Americans have a greater affinity for this steakhouse chain than any other full-service brand.

In the ranking, fast-food giants Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, and McDonald’s claimed the first, second, and third spots for the highest brand love scores. Surprisingly, Texas Roadhouse secured the fourth-highest score, earning the distinction of being the top-ranked sit-down chain in this recent report.

This result aligns with expectations, as Texas Roadhouse consistently performs exceptionally well in assessments measuring customer sentiment towards major restaurant chains in the United States.

In April, Yelp unveiled its roster of the 50 most-adored brands of 2023, determined by consumer reviews. Texas Roadhouse claimed the second-highest position among restaurant brands, with only the popular breakfast chain First Watch surpassing it. Additionally, in the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Restaurant Study, where customer satisfaction scores are assigned based on consumer interviews, Texas Roadhouse stood out. While Outback Steakhouse secured the highest customer satisfaction score (83) among full-service chains, Texas Roadhouse tied with Cracker Barrel and LongHorn Steakhouse for second place with a score of 82.

Whether the appeal is attributed to their sizable margaritas or the irresistible allure of excellent steaks, the adoration Americans have for Texas Roadhouse is indisputable. This enduring popularity was acknowledged by the company in a July earnings call, where they reported an impressive 9.1% surge in same-store sales and a 4.7% uptick in customer traffic during the second quarter of 2023.
