Dine Brands Global, Inc., the parent company of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar, IHOP, and Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, has officially opened the first dual-branded Applebee’s | IHOP restaurant in the United States. The flagship location, operated by franchisee Ramzi Hakim Group, debuted in Seguin, Texas, a growing community just outside of San Antonio. This milestone marks the beginning of a national expansion strategy, with 15 additional locations planned across the U.S.

A Unique Dining Experience Under One Roof

Guests at the new dual-branded Applebee’s | IHOP can enjoy the best of both worlds—from IHOP’s world-famous pancakes and breakfast favorites to Applebee’s signature wings, burgers, and classic American fare. The integrated menu allows customers to mix and match their favorite dishes any time of day, along with a selection of specialty cocktails like espresso martinis and Irish coffee. Exclusive to dual-branded locations, the menu features new items, including the Buffalo Chicken Omelette and the Ultimate Breakfast Burger.

Expansion Plans and Franchise Opportunities

Dine Brands Global currently operates 13 international dual-branded Applebee’s | IHOP locations across Canada, Mexico, Honduras, and the Middle East. The company plans to open 14 additional U.S. locations by 2026, transforming existing single-branded restaurants and developing new builds.
